What's happening with Galaxy of Trian

Hello,
First of all, we can assure everyone that The Galaxy of Trian case is in the last phase for the game to finally be released. We were convinced that everything was already established in the printing house in China. We even wrote an update that finally the production started. But due to the whole situation with the virus and changes in the company (one of our crew member who's was responsible for the production quit his job at Creative), everything fell apart. There have only been two people at Creative for the last few months and we are trying to put everything together. As a result, the production did not start and we are now waiting for a new production date to be arranged.
Once again, the issue of the final releasing GoT was collapsed and further delays arose. We apologize that we did not write anything in the updates because the case of the Galaxy of Trian lasts so long that we thought only the update in which we can show the final production/game can only at least partially compensate for this shame. We thought that it would be for the best.
But it took so long that we cannot be silent and do not write you any information. So we decided to publish this update even if we feel great shame for all the thing that happens with this project :(
To summarized and give you information that you were asking or were concerned about:
1) At the moment, we are waiting for a new date when production will start. As soon we receive it we will let you know. The production status for the Galaxy of Trian is summarized below:
All plastic components are paid and packed - figures and dice
All metal components are paid and packed - metal coins and tokens
Acrylic components are paid and packed - crystals
Tablecloth component is paid and ready
Paper and cardboard components are paid but we are waiting for the production date
Confectioning and final packing are not ready and this is obvious why it is.
2) Shipping address. We know that as you have waited for Galaxy some of you have changed your address. We want to assure you that this is not a problem. To do not complicate this complicated situation we must do all the things step by step. Therefore, for a week before the end of production, we will publish an update about it and also we will send everyone PM via KS to ask you to confirm your address. Till this, you do not need to do anything. We will have enough time to do it right.
3) Galaxy of Trian will be released. All components were paid just like the final product in our partner factory in China. All of this was paid a long time ago and only the chaos that we have in this project is the reason you haven't received the game from us yet. The money you supported us was invested in this project and it certainly hasn't been lost. Although it must be honestly said, the project has been underestimated by us, which in no way affects the production and our promise to deliver GoT games to you.
4) We are still unable to close the case with the last refunds that weren't sent. We are doing our best to get the unlock on our Paypal account but they still wont to do it. We hope that we will be able to end this case very soon

Last thing. We do not want to promise 100% but the case with PayPal has moved forward so maybe we will be able to solve the matter of the last outstanding refunds soon.

Hello
As we all know, the situation related to the global pandemic is still not improving. Unfortunately everything was delayed. We thought that production would start last week but unfortunately, it did not happen for several reasons. But:
Finally, we can announce that the production of Galaxy of Trian has started in China!
Here are photos of the production proof that was sent to us. Unfortunately, there were some bugs in it, so next week we expect corrected components until their final acceptance. However, 90% of the components were as they should be, so the machine started so that there were no further delays.
Below you can see the final version of the components. In the next updates (as we wrote earlier) we will show you how the production process is going. What will happen in them, in what order the components will be manufactured, we are not able to determine now. It will be the same surprise for us as for you :)

Short update

Hello,
We want to give you a short update on the progress. The situation in China is stable now, like we wrote, everything is back to normal when it comes to Galaxy of Trian. Of course, we thought that something would speed up, but unfortunately from the information we received, production will start on April 14-15. Nothing has changed when it comes to production photos and when it's started we will get photos that we will share with you in the April updates. That all, for now, and see you in the next update in April,

Epidemic Emergency state in Poland

Hello,
Because of the SARS-CoV-2 coronavirus pandemic that causes COVID-19 disease, the Polish government has introduced an Epidemic Emergency state to limit the rapidly spreading virus. To avoid any health repercussions Creativemaker management has decided that everyone will stay at home for the next two weeks.
During this period, our availability probably will be limited, but we want to assure you that we will monitor the situation related to all projects we have.
Next week we will inform you how the situation evolves. Of course, if we receive any news from our partners we will immediately inform you about it.
We have received information that the factory is preparing to start production (we should know the exact date within a couple of days) and we are waiting for photos of the production prototype. It is possible that we will be able to show it on Friday.
