Quick update about virus and production situation

We have a short update for you with more news from China. According to the information we received, this week the factory is back at work. This means that production will start within two weeks and the situation is back on track. It is known that the situation with the virus in China is not fully controlled yet, but we are glad that it stabilizes enough that our partner can return to work. As soon as we get specific dates we will definitely let you know. Of course, as promised, we will present you photos and / or videos from the production process.

Production situation

Hello,

We would like to give everyone a little heads up about what is going on. We want to assure you that we are monitoring what is going on in China and we are in constant contact with our Chinese partner who keeps us updated on the situation. 

As you all know the Coronavirus situation has greatly disrupted almost everything in China. We hoped that production would not be shifted due to the region in which the factory is located.  However, they had to decide to suspend reopening the factory. Factory with the full power of workers is not clear yet as they should follow the guidance of the government - this is the information we receive today.

We know that timing of all of this is unfortunate (because we are late as hell with this project), we do have to respect that they are putting the health and wellbeing on their employees first, and we wish all of our associates and their families in China well during this time. We will post the next update on Thursday next week (maybe sooner if we receive any new information).

We will keep you posted as soon as we hear anything official about final production timelines.

First update in 2020 for Galaxy of Trian

Hello,

This update will be short. Updates with more information and frequency will be posted after February 20.

As we inform you in the last update production will start after the Chinese New Year Holliday. Nothing changed since the last update, so around February 20, the printing machines will start working at full speed, producing components for GoT. We will receive photos and maybe videos showing the production stages. We will be posting them in February and March updates so you will see production progress.

All the things are set and ready to finally produce Galaxy of Trian and then send it to the backers.

Paypal still does not unblock our account so we still are unable to refund our backers that are waiting for a refund. This is a very difficult situation for us and we are still looking for another solution. Once more we want to apologize to those who have not yet received a refund and ensure that they will receive it.

As we wrote in the last update we can assure you that Galaxy will be produced and delivered to you.

Production and refunds news

Hello,

We know that you are patiently waiting for information from us. As we wrote in previous updates, we want to give you specific information and not promises in the updates. Without further delay, this is information that we want to share with you at the end of this year.

Let's start with refunds. Unfortunately, not everyone who applied to us and was put on the refund list received it. We know that the last 8 people are still waiting for a refund. This situation is, unfortunately, the result of blocking our Paypal account and freezing the funds on it. We're working on unlocking our account and finding an alternative to get a refund for the people who are waiting for it. We want to apologize to those who have not yet received a refund and ensure that they will receive it.

Time for production-related matters. As we wrote in the last update, we hoped that we would be able to start production this year. Unfortunately, the components that were produced outside the factory of our Chinese partner did not reach them when we had the production date reserved. This, unfortunately, meant that we received a new production date.

However, there is also good news that we can 100% confirm - all components produced by external companies (wooden tile racks, miniatures, metal coins, and tablecloths) have already arrived at the factory. Therefore, we can provide you with the following information after arrangements with our partner in China:

- Preparation and launch of production will start after the celebration of the Chinese year. From the information provided to us, it should be around February 20, the printing machines will work at full speed, producing components for GoT. This is the final date and it won't change.

- When the production begins, we will receive photos and maybe movies showing the production stages. We will put them in updates so you will see production progress.

Before the production starts, we will receive in January the proof of the game for final approval. Of course, we'll show you it in one of the January updates.

The final details of the game content have also been agreed upon. Therefore, the version you will receive will additionally have a plastic insert (it was not on the campaign) and a special coin of the first player. We added these things because we want you to receive the highest quality game as well as to apologize to all of you that you have to wait so long for Galaxy of Trian.

We try to stabilize communications in addition to updates publishing. But there is also a lot going on the other campaigns so we know this is a very slow process. We made the first step but there a lot of your messages we receive (KS and under updates) so we focus mainly on your KS messages. We want to assure you that we are doing our best to catch up. So, for example, do not worry if you change the address. We made a list and we put there the new address data that you sent us in KS messages.  One month before shipping we will also remind you to update your shipping addresses if it has changed since you write it in the pledge manager.

The last thing is that we will have a little break in office (new year, and another Polish holiday) so we will be back on Tuesday 7th January.

Once more we want to apologize for all that situation and for that you still didn't receive Galaxy. We also want to apologize for any inconvenience caused by this situation. But we can assure you that Galaxy will be produced and delivered to you.

We wish you that the coming year be filled with all the things that make you happy.

News from the Galaxy of Trian

Hello,

As we inform you in last update today's update will be mainly devoted to the production matter. Here are new information we can provide to you. 

Last week we received a certificate for wood from which the tile rack is made. So the receiving of this component will be now possible by our Chinese partner. The next step will be to receive digital printouts for final acceptance so that our Chinese partners can prepare us production proof to final acceptation. Of course after acceptation producion will start. We still believe that we can will be able start production before the end of the year. We don't want to give any dates right now because we all know what it looked like. We will keep you updated on the progress of production work.

We know that we are late like white rabbit from Alice in Wonderland and we can only count on your holy patience that you will not cut off our heads. At least we hope so ....

We are sending refund every day as we promised you. We also thank the backers who trusted us again and decided to cancel the refund to receive the game. Thank you for your trust and we will certainly not let you down.

Last thing. We hope that within a week or two we will finally be able to stabilize communications and, in addition to updates, we will be able to start responding to your messages and comments. It will definitely be a long process but we believe that we will be able to take the first step soon.

Once more we want to apologize for all that situation and for that you still didn't receive Galaxy. We also want to apologize for any inconvenience caused by this situation. But we can assure you that Galaxy will be produced and delivered to you
