Next steps with our manufacturer

Short update: If the issue with our manufacturer does not clear up, then all we can do is go to China in January-February.

At the Polish printing house, files are waiting for printing. However, we can not start printing cardboard if we do not have confirmation of the plastic shipment from China. We can not afford to store items - everything has to be packed at the same time.

We regret that it lasts so long. We also want everything to go quickly. Let's hope that production in China will end sooner than we plan.

Finally, we have news from our manufacturer in China! The production will take about 3 weeks. We hope that we will be able to produce everything this year

We are very happy that the factory has finally spoken and you can see progress. We are waiting impatiently for the next photos. Then (as we wrote in the previous update) shipping of plastic and metal to Poland, packaging for boxes and shipping to you :)

Waiting for production

Hello seekers of the Trian race,

For the last couple of days, we tried to get the specific dates from the factory regarding when the production will end and when we can expect the delivery of components... We didn't get neither any promises nor specific dates. We only received information that a typhoon was raging in China and the manufacturer is cleaning up after the losses. Then there was a holiday. Now we are being brushed off because of their business trips before Essen. If we still do not get any photos from the production process soon, we will be forced to go to China and check the production ourselves. Let's hope that from now on everything will go as smoothly as in our other projects.

If we get the information that production is coming to an end, then the estimated plan is as such:

• production ends
  
• 2 weeks for packing
  
• 1 month in transport to Poland (railway)
  
• 2 weeks of waiting for the games at the border (clearing the customs)
• we hope that no longer than 2 weeks for packing
  
• After packaging, shipments from Poland will begin

As we wrote on another project: We've re-evaluated our skills in the field of logistics. Running 3 projects at the same time is very difficult. A lot of time has passed since the first Galaxy of Trian and much has changed in the market. We know now, that all production should be outsourced to China. It would have saved us up to 2 months in transport time. Choosing the right business partner is also very important. We regret that cooperation with the current factory looks so bad. However, with each project we learn how to improve the whole process and make the production go more smoothly.

Wooden tile racks, plastic crystals and cardboard are already produced and are waiting in the warehouse. Each week of storage is an additional fee for us.

Space bags

Hello, space conquerors!

Unfortunately, we still do not have any more photos from the minis production. If the factory is to do their job on time, then they should end production in a few days.

But! We want to show you that we are not just sitting idly and waiting with other things. Samples of materials for bags have come. As we wrote, it will be satin (or a mixture of satin) to make the print quality as good as possible. The black color was really black, the scratches on the material did not leave white marks, and the crumpled bags did not look like chewed by a cow ;o)

Production of minis in progress

For a long time we did not let you know what is happening with the production. So here we go:

The production of plastic is the longest period in the production of Galaxy of Trian: New Order. We still have to rip it in time with the production of cardboard in Poland. The printing production of all cardboard elements runs here, in Cracow where we lived in, so that we would have better control over the quality of such a large game.The files are waiting to be sent to the printing house, but we have to wait for the signal that the production of plastic ends.

We will ask the manufacturer for some photos from the minis production in the factory. We want you to see the progress of the work.

Just to remind you: we estimate that shipping time is October, we will know more when the production ends. We know that it is a long time after the declared March, but we do what we can to make production now smooth and efficient. If you want to change your shipping address, there is so time. Last two weeks before start we will inform you about last possibilities of change before shipping begin.
