Refunds status

We want to devote today's update mainly to the issue of refunds. As we wrote in the previous update, the refund list has been closed. Everyone who wrote to us until September 13th was put on the list. As of today, the refunds already started in the order in which you submit.
Unfortunately, we are unable to send refunds to everyone at once. That's why it will be a process that will take some time. However, we can assure you that they will be sent everyday to backers on the list. We can not determining how many people there will be per day, it will result from our financial capabilities. After the refund is made, we will notify the person who received it. For sure, all persons who have asked us for a refund will be refunded. We have already started refunding in last week.
Of course, we realize that this is not a solution that satisfies everyone but we have no other option.
We know that everything does not look as if we all wished. Unfortunately, everything is still going at a slow pace.
We understand your frustration, disappointment and impatience, because we also want you to enjoy playing GoT. This is a project in which we put a lot of hard work and heart. Unfortunately, we also made many mistakes with it for which we pay till today. We complicated our situation with several processes, which resulted in some of the production taking place in Poland and some in China. Now everything that was prepared in Poland (e.g. wooden elements) is transported to the factory in China. This is the same factory that we informed you about earlier. They produced Alakazoo and components for the Valley of Alchemists. It is a reliable company so we are calm about quality. Yes we realize that we really messed up. We created huge mess and only now things have been normalizing for several months.
It is not an easy situation for us and once again we apologize that it all lasts so long.
When it comes to communications, we have no choice but to ask you for patience. We published last update because we never intended to treat you worse than our other backers. Since new information is appearing on other campaigns, the same should be the case with Galaxy of Trian. We wanted well but unfortunately we overestimated our strength and that's why you didn't get any answers to your comments. We have a hot period associated with The Valley of Alchemists so we still have a lot to catch up. We are taking every message, comment, etc. from you seriously, so we don't want to answer them anyhow. Gradually, we will make up for everything and there is no possibility that we are not interested in what you write to us or your opinion. Unfortunately, a huge amount of message accumulated for us.
We remind you to send us information in KS messages if your address to which Galaxy of Trian is to be sent has changed. For all of the backers, who have sent us this information so far, we have changed their address in our database.

As far as production matters are concerned, a new update will be published next Monday with information devoted to this matter. Why on Monday? This is due to several things. One of them is that our colleagues from Poland and China are returning from Essen now, so some specific arrangements will be known this week. Another issue is the termination of matters related to the Valley of Alchemists that we are currently working on. This is of course not all, therefore the production related update will appear in next week.
Once more we want to apologize for all that situation and for that you still didn't receive Galaxy. We also want to apologize for any inconvenience caused by this situation.

Hello
First of all, we want to thank all supporters for their patience and understanding. As you know, we have quite a difficult and turbulent period, but fortunately, (also thanks to your help), we managed to survive it. Not everything is as we all wanted it, however, a new person joined our team, thanks to whom it will certainly be easier for us to get back to the right track.
We know that you are still waiting for a reply to your messages and refunds. We will respond to all outstanding messages as soon as possible. Which is why we ask you for your understanding and a little patience.
When it comes to refunds - as you know the list is closed and we regulate this issue as soon as we can.
We know that you are disappointed and maybe even frustrated by the whole situation but we really do everything in our power to fix all errors that have arisen all this time. Unfortunately, we need time for this and we can only once more deeply apologize you for that.
One thing we know for sure is that we will not abandon the Galaxy of Trian project.
You can also be sure that you will receive the game.

Long awaited news

COMMUNICATION
We would like to apologize for our lack of communication. There are only couple of us working in Creativemaker and we had a lot of work recently with our other project 'The Valley of Alchemists'. We know that this is not a good excuse and we will do our best to improve in the future. We are going to hire a person responsible only for communication with you in a very near future.
PRODUCTION
As you might remember form last updates we were waiting for the final corrections of miniatures. They were made and it is looking like everything is all right now.
Considering our cooperation with the factory, we want to check the quality and quantity of manufactured plastic and metal components. Another friendly factory in China that we worked with before will be responsible for this. They made our other game 'Alakazoo' and components for the game 'The Valley of Alchemists'. We trust them and they as well will finish the production of the 'Glaxy of Trian: New Order'.
Yes, we changed the factory! Due to the quality check, the time of transportation of components from China to Poland, production time, and several other factors we decided to produce the whole game in China.
TIMELINE
- Beginning of September -> Metal and plastic send for quality and quantity check
- Beginning of September - > Wooden tile racks send to factory in China (we have them here in Poland right now)
- End of September -> End of quality check
- End of September -> Proof of all game from factory send to us (If everything will be all right next dates should not change but if we have to change something next dates may move forward by 2-4 weeks)
- First half of October -> Start of mass production
- End of November/Beginning of December -> sending games to logistic company
- End of December/Beginning of January -> games should arrive to you
ADDRESS CHANGE
We know that a lot of time have passed since the beginning of this campaign and we would like all of you to check if you have still the same address. If any of you changed the address please contact us only via private message here on KS. We want the shipping list closed by the beginning of November.

Due to the fact that production is already at a very advanced stage we are going to close all refunds by September 13th.
SUM UP
Please be patient for a little longer, you are going to get a really good game! We fulfilled our two other projects: 'Alakazoo' and 'The Valley of Alchemists' and people are happy with them! We can assure you that the quality of the game will be very good and that you will get your copy! From now on we will communicate more frequently starting with next update after quality check.

Good news from China

We have received a message from our partner in China. They will send us the fixed corvettes within two weeks from today.
We are almost sure that there will be now problems and by the end of the month they will send us the whole metal and plastic components.
When they do that, we will inform you and tell the plan and dates :)

News about the samples.

We received the new metal coin samples and as well the whole set of plastic miniatures (we requested for them).
Metal coins are finally correct, and we aproved them!
Unfortunately we found out that corvette ships are different from the proof we received (see pictures below). The rest of minis are all fine.
We sent our comments to the factory and they assured us that they will fix the ships. 9
For today: metal coins are aproved and factory starts their production and they start to fix corvette minis. We should know the end date of those two processes in next week.
At the very bottom you can find a photo of all miniatures and metal coins that you will find in Mega Geek Set. Photos are not the best, they are made with mobile phone in bad lightning, but you can see how much stuff you will get :)
